¡Basta! Prevenir el Acoso Sexual en el Trabajo Agrícola

Los trabajadores de campo son victimas del acoso sexual, mucho mas que en otros sectores de trabajo. Hay muchas razones por las cuales los trabajadores de campo enfrentan un alto riesgo, incluyendo por ejemplo la cultura de silencio y la falta de respeto en el trabajo. Muchos tampoco conocen sus derechos en cuanto al acoso sexual en el trabajo. En este taller, hablaremos de un nuevo proyecto, ¡Basta! Prevenir el Acoso Sexual en el Trabajo Agrícola. Este proyecto consiste en un video y un curriculo para entrenar a los trabajadores, supervisores y a los dueños de las granjas sobre el acoso sexual y como prevenirlo. El proyecto incluye la participación de muchos trabajadores y el entrenamiento es basada en situaciones actuales. Estamos formando un entrenamiento para entrenadores que va a ser en linea (online) y lo estarémos compartiendo en octubre hasta diciembre.
